your keeping your emotions in...thats why its painful. and u think and dwell upon it too much. go out in the bushes and just scream your head off...and cry and cry till u cant do it anymore and talk to somebody...and get that ticking timb bomb outta you. release that pain! but thats just my opinion...it worked for me when i was at my worst destructive mental condition. im one of those quiet angry and emotional implosive guys.

My suggestion is to call out to God for help before you do this. Tell him if he doesn't want you to kill yourself then ask him to give you a reason to live. He will come through, if you ask him from your heart. Praying for you.

you know what a surprise your going to get after you have done it!
you will wake up with-out a body! and you will still feel the same way! (you cant escape life honey) LOL
ditching your body (killing yourself) will not end your life (you have only been taught by society that this is the case...saddly they are wrong....
and in 10 minutes you will discover i am correct...
most reading this after that may laugh and not give a crap...but you and i will know i was right.... and the worst thing is that not only will you have not escaped the crushing emotions you dread.... but they will be multiplied!
Why because your emotions, which are composed of astral matter have to (whist your alive) to impress your physical body somewhat to register as your physical is your most developed body etc... this has the effect of dulling them down ALLOT..... you probably think im a religious nut (hate religion) your in for a rough ride hun.

I'm not sure if you have carried through or not. I was feeling the same way several weeks ago and was brought back from an edge by a friend here who gave me very tough love. Not knowing you it would probably be wrong to give the same speal to you but if you're interested in talking, I would be honored to do so.
