You can't literally grow younger instead of older, but you can seem younger and you can stave off the ravages of age (many of which are not so much age as damage we do to our bodies and our minds).

The physical keys are keeping in shape -- eating appropriate amounts of good, healthy food. The usual, lots of vegetables, lots of fruits, some nuts, reasonable (i.e., small) amounts of low-fat meats. This does not mean never having bacon or Buffalo wings -- but it does mean not having that kind of stuff several times each week. Drink wine (or good beer) in moderation. Wear seat belts. Don't text while driving. Don't drink & drive. Stay fit. Exercise (walk, run, bike, swim, mix it up).

Keep your mind young. Appreciate art and books and music and sunsets.

    Have sex. Enjoy sex.

Have good relationships, good friends, social activities.

The calendar may show you are a year older each year, but you will seem youthful and you will enjoy yourself.
