I woke up an hour ago, I have ony sleept 2 hours, but I feel great, has something like this happened to you ?
it happens in both sides of my family, which is weird, because most men on my dad's side are smokers until the day they die, plus they wigth like 300 lbs and are at least 6 ft tall lol

Yes, for the last six months or so I have only required four hours sleep a night...which is just as well as I have EP friends in other time zones to talk to! :-P

Congrats you are fortunate…even I had 20 hours sleep, I never felt as you said.

generally people who sleep less are more hyper and energized. people that tend to sleep more tend to feel really sluggish throughout the day. you probably should get more rest than that because it actually takes a full and up two hours to enter complete sleep mode. the reason why your body feels great is because it feels like you're tricking your mind making you think you slept when in all reality you didn't for that long. when people wake up, they feel tired and like they want to fall back asleep, but with your body it's like saying "quick stop, then keep going!". c'mon, dude...give your body some time to relax. :)

Many of times...... and I often feel better with my little short naps than I do with a full days sleep of 8-10 hours.

I induce myself to sleep through meditation and then the sleep is very short but refreshing
