I know this is MY hang up - but honestly, sometimes you cannot even decipher what the person is trying to say!! And don't get me started on punctuation - especially the use of the ' in plural words!!!!!!! Rated: +3Vote for this!

The EP staff would have a word of the day, TYPED OUT as you would pronounce it or hear it/say it, but we would have to spell/type it out correctly.
