    Apple had a brilliant marketing strategy. They offered huge discounts to schools so they could become the preferred choice of people before they reach maturity and become consumers themselves. Doing so ensured future generations of Apple lovers.

    I prefer Android but do believe that a high end Android costs about the same as a new iPhone.
