They both cost a dollar and ten cents right? If the bat costs a dollar, then the baseball must cost ten cents. What other answer is there?
Because the baseball bat must be one dollar more than the ball, in your case, that is incorrect. Your logic is invalid. I do believe i posted a short answer for this recently
