how long does it take to untie its ears and answer EP questions while snarfing the meats?

Ah ha Hmmm Another riddle...

No idea

But I would like to know what are "Guernsey meats", why the Bassett hound is curtsying (only when it rains?) and why are its ears tied?

Well being a former basset hound owner I know how determined they are when it comes to food - so I reckon it wouldnt take them long at all to do whatever they had to get to that meat!!!

This is a trick question, everybody knows that you can't tie the ears of a basset hound when they are wet. geeeessh
