    Wrong. If a guy doesn't care about you, he will use you for everything he needs such as s@x and money and give you nothing in return.

    Pretty much like Blogger422 said. A guy will still come around even if he doesn't care as long as he gets something from it. But then it's all about him getting what he wants/needs and he doesn't actally care about giving you want you want/need. Don't make excuses for anyone in your life (girl or guy) that acts like that. You know if someone really cares about you, you just gotta trust your instincts and be smart about it. And when it comes to guys, a little skeptisism never hurts.
