    Knowing that we have such a history of killing things and people we dont understand and the fear that comes with it, most likely taken by scientists then killed. So as great as it would be to actually see and prove Mermaids exist, humanity isnt ready to accept a fact such as that.

    I would hope not, she'd be poked and prodded by scientists put on display by the media and many people would want to kill her with fire. If there were any, they should just stay undercover.

    Well seaworld does do research they say. Guess how public her captor was. On the quiet we'll never know. News crews world wide interest, people would want her to have a good home haha. Be like free Willy I guess.
