    As BamPow said in your previous post, better stock up for retirement, otherwise you could end up like someone under a bridge

    if that person also never buys a single thing in his/her life then that is a possibility

    That's not true. If the person buys anything, or owns anything, or receives some sort of assistance, then they will always pay taxes.

    Sounds logical yet I don't think that would work, the IRS always has a way of getting money out of a person.
