Some have turkey or some get ham. We also usually have kielbasa and other food too.

Traditionally it was suppose to be a Christmas goose but most everyone does the old turkey and or ham. We used to mix it up once and a while and the best was prime rib.

Rabbit for Easter
Groundhog for Groundhog Day

We also have turkey for thanksgiving in my home along with a ham, we do the same for Easter.
