    It is good for US to leave our problems with God through our prayers.

    Yes, because He likes for us to tell Him sometimes.....He gave us free will and allows us to decide for ourselves whether or not we want to talk to Him.....

    I pray constantly. I realize He knows whats on my mind, but Him just knowing without me saying something, doesn't make me feel better. I literally have to speak to God all the time, Like I know He knows before I went through whatever it is, but it makes me feel safe to tell Him, and makes me feel relaxed. And God loves to hear from His children... He wants that kind of relationship with us.
