If I am not allowed to say "I hate you" what should I say that means the exact same thing?

I can't say "fuck you" "screw you", or even "you are a jerk". "you're mean" doesn't cut it. Does anyone have an answer to this riddle?
I don't want to get into the details of WHY I can't say these things(why there's the rule) but I need an alternative so I can say the same thing but have it be within the rules.

By the way, I'm a pathological liar."

I despise you. I loathe you. Your existence makes me want to dry heave bile.
Or something along those lines :P

"I feel disappointed/discouraged/saddened by your behavior," is one way to communicate the same idea, but with a little more fairness and it leaves the door open for rational discussion and resolution of conflicts.

Or, you could just forget the rule and go with what you really want to say! ;)

it is human to dis like, if some one did some thing to you, don't hate the person hate his action, and tell him something like this;" at this moment of time I don't like you very much, and i hate what you have done to me, and i will need time to review our friendship".

may a horses butt always be aimed at your face, i hope one day you meet someone just like you. if you can't say something nice about somebody they're talking about you. but my altime favorite is I love everybody some more then others and you are on the very bottom of my list.

The idea is to let the person know they are not important engough for you to waste time in dealing with them.

1. "I do not have time for this, or you."
2. "Why do you think you are important enough to answer?"
3. Simply walk away.

its not the words that count, its the feeling, so basically you could say i love you and if rather than love, you felt hate i love you would translate into i hate you.

I'd say somethink like" I strongly dislike your behaviour. Iw get thee gone!"

I would add 'Hate' isn't the healthiest of emotions for either party though.
