depends on your caloric intake at that one meal. You will probably lose weight, but if your body thinks it's starving, it may actually convert more of you intake into fat. better off, small foraging type eating with exercise.
yeah, you might lose a bit of weight, but you will slow your metabolism like crazy, and if you ever stop eating in such a way, you'll gain it all back on. i suggest that you aim to eat 3 meals a day, at least. just limit your calorie intake for the meals. aim for 500 cal a meal. :)

You souldn't even think about it. Like anything to do with diet and exercise, it *must* include your metabolism. Starving yourself and having one meal a day will slow your metabolism down and, in effect, will mean that you burn less calories because it will 'learn' to make the best of what it has got to use.<br />
Eating a healthy diet along with exercise means that you are 'teaching' your body; you are teaching it that your diet has changed and that you are exercising which means that you will burn calories whilst eating less and in effect burning *more* calories because of the combined exercise and diet.<br />
I wouldn't remotely suggest that you do what you are asking here.<br />

lots of fruit, vegis. as much as you want. keep the sugar and fat intake to a minimal. and exercise. you will not lose weight by starving yourself.
