If I had a job and would they fire a person like me for having the flu for 2 months.

cause it takes me 2 months and a half to heal from the common cold flu.

would the boss wait for me until i recover from the flu every time? or will he fire me and hire another person?

    He would fire you for not disclosing this; legal or not it would probably be cheaper to settle a court claim (if it ever reached court) for wrongful dismissal then pay your wages for 2 months every year
