just tell them you slipped with something sharp. they cant do anything if they cant prove you did it on purpose.

they might if it appears to be a suicide attempt. i dont take the chance and i just give myself stitches when i have needed to. its not that hard.

I have a similar problem, all my cuts are in the same place so I can't exactly show them to a doctor. <br />
But If you actually can't stop bleeding and you're starting to lose blood seriously, you shouldn't avoid help. I don't think they can section you if it's just an accident.

Depends on how bad it was, if you have past self-injuries and your mentality at the time you get the stitches.
