I love Sh!t on a Shingle.
I had quite enough of that in the army.
I'm sure yours tastes better than what I had. :(
Chipped beef and sauce over toast isn't bad, but boy, they could've named it better...;)
When my Dad was in the Navy Seabees (construction unit) stationed on Guadalcanal in 1942-1943, they had to eat sh_t on a shingle almost every day..but, at least it was a "hot meal"...The Marines on Guadalcanal didn't get "hot chow" & had to eat C-rations;;. so my Dad & the other Seabees would lend the Marines their Navy hats so they could sneak into the Navy chow lines & eat hot food, (usually SOS)..
My mom always said '**** on a stick' or 'Boiled farts and pickled toenails' if we asked what was for dinner....We were classy like that....haha
something on something?
One of my favorites when I was in the navy.
Everyone over 50 knows about sh*t on shingles...usually beef in a cream gravy over toast.
you mean sauce , right? ;)
