Hey "soonagirl" get a trans stylist. They will give you all the dimensions you need AND normally know a host of trans friendly places to shop. I don't know if Nordstroms has a store in your area...........but they have a huge range of sizes for ladies shoes.<br />

I know a couple of young men cutting their teeth in the fashion industry by moonlighting as personal stylists. They cater to hetero men and women, and every variation thereof.
