If it was 90 degrees inside your house and out, and you didn't have AC, how would you keep cool?

I've heard that running cold water over your wrists cools you down, in case you don't want to immerse yourself in water everytime you're hot.

Don't do too much. Drink water. Sit in front of a fan. You're going to be hot no matter what. Just make sure you don't die from it.

DavidAtl	Posted Aug 25th, 2009 at 7:38PM What I used to do 15 years ago was put fans in the lower windows blowing in, while putting fans in the upper windows (or upstairs if you have a two level house) blowing out. This pushes the heat out of the house and provides good circulation. Rated: +6Vote for this!

WatchMeFly	Posted Aug 25th, 2009 at 7:16PM Lol go jump in my pool! hmmm but if I couldn't do that then I'd probably ***** down and relax until it cooled down. ;) I went to Aruba over the summer and it was like 120 degrees from 12-2 and no AC because I was staying with some people that live down there. When it was that hot we just took naps until it was cool enough to go do something. It was tons of fun :) Rated: +2Vote for this!

tradelinks	Posted Aug 25th, 2009 at 7:32PM Keep a breeze rolling through windows and vents. Most houses have fans. Go to the mall. Use the car AC. Take a cool bath. Think cool thoughts. Believe me, five years practice in the US Army was enough to convince me it works...It gets really bad, save up and buy an AC though it'll cost you an arm/leg in electrical bills.
