I took English, Math, and 2 Art classes..

    Yes! If you have credits that will transfer, do it.

    Where are you transferring to? Depending on what you got in those classes, it might be really beneficial to transfer them or you could use them to fill up requirements.

    I'm trying to transfer to Virginia Tech for their Pre-vet program...but I just saw that for some reason theyre not allowing transfers in for the spring semester. So I'd have to wait another 9 months to get in if I decide to transfer these few credits..

    It might be that it's too late to transfer in for spring because it's already Nov 19 and the application might have been due a while back. You should look at the pre-vet/major degree requirements so that you can try to take them wherever you're at right now and transfer your credits there.
