Not seeing the conflict there (Although it's a huge over simplification). Humans evolving from apes does not mean that all apes should have evolved into humans. That's like saying if the American settlers truly came from England, then why are there still people living in England?<br />
(This is also an over simplification but...) One branch of apes evolved into something else - humans. Other branches didn't. Simple.
Yes. And were is all the 'in betweens'? You know, those that are still in the process of crossing over from ape to human... where are they? Surely there should be one somewhere right now? We have apes and we have humans. Where is the middle ones?
The theory is more like Apes and Man both evolved from a similar species....
sigh, evolution doesn't work this way. apes don't work their way "up" to human, they (have) adapt(ed) to their environment. that satan dude must really be very intent to deceive scientists. i almost feel flattered. now, there's tons of "evolutionary links", anyway and no penguin to be found between mount ararat and the north/southpole but a scientific argument has never swayed a believer. so go on giving your hard earned cash to your pastor/priest...
because some people never change
maybe we were living closer to eachother that is why the similarities but human is human and apes are apes and plants are plants..the theory has no application..why we are not witnessing the evolution!!
Well, we didn't, humans and apes have a common ancestor. That's why we're so similar.
I ask my kids "hey you want to go see your cousins?"after the zoo...then if the act up in the supermarket, I just got to say "keep it up, you'll be staying with your cousins and they don't have an Xbox 360 or a tv."
