I will celebrate my 25th anniversery on November 21st. There have been more good years than bad ones and we seem to be an a big upswing right now and I'm loving it.

Since neither of us is superstitious, it was too cool of a date to pass up since we were planning on an October wedding anyway. We've actually been together since 1996. Rated: +1Vote for this!

The best advice I can give to people for a lasting marraige is: to first marry someone you are also friends with, to always keep the lines of communication open and to never take each other for granted. FeelingCrazy	Posted Apr 18th, 2009 at 2:50PM if you've been married more than once, can you count all of the collective time you've been married or just consecutively? -- lol -- i've been married for 16 yrs and the first 6 of them were the worst time of my life. i don't know how or why we stayed together, but we did and we are the happiest we've ever been. closer than ever since our kid left home. it just gets better and better.
