    It's advice for someone who is in an advantageous position through luck some form, either from someone with skill noticing this persons luck, or to the world from someone who was lucky! Becuase luck evens out over time, it is only an amount of time before you lose your advantageous position, because you don't have the SKILL to keep it or progress further... Win by skill, carry on... Win by luck, quit while your ahead.

    Well, there are exceptions to everything... In some cases, as in poker or when you are doing something you should not be doing, quitting at the right time is the best strategy.
