As a chef I say yes but only after visiting a doctor giving them a stool sample to confirm what kind of food poisoning you have and the probably cause e.g. if its ecoli and you had bean tacos then maybe you need to think again

Just do your diarrhea in a saucepan next time round, simmer for 20mins add chopped onions and lemongrass and serve it to them.., bon appitite *******! Lol
