    Sometimes no matter what you do it won't help the situation. Often taking them to court only makes them angry & causes even more problems. I removed my ex from my life completely and never rely on him for anything. My daughter & I are much better off now.

    actually the worst part is he accused me of using the child to get money from him wherein he hasn't given a single penny to his child since we separated.
