As a classfriend: Report incident to my parents. And insist on reporting it to Principal thru parents.
As parents: go to principal....discuss, find truth and if needed ask for actions
As headmaster: look at teachers records, if s/he is habitual offender....FIRE HIM/HER
This questions strikes me very hard for some reason.
I was 'shunned' by most of the teachers and principal at my school to the point where I ended up dropping out.
Friends just begged me not to leave and to tolerate it.
Parent's listened to me and allowed me to drop out, but never talked to the teachers or principal about it.
The principal wasn't that bad, but it was the counselor who was unbelievably rude to me. She talked down about my parents in front of me, talked bad about me while she thought I wasn't around, I couldn't handle it anymore.
gang-up on him, and feed it back to him...
Student: Tell Principal and other teachers as well as parents.
Parent: Go to the school, file a complaint, press charges with the police, try and not kick the teacher's arse.
Headmaster: File charges. Fire the teacher. Try not to kick his/her arse.
I would secretly record it on my phone, and then just get up and leave class. I'll show it to the principal :) I'll have to make sure if it really is hard core abuse though, and not just fooling around. I'll also might have to have, multiple evidence. This mission would take place through a duration of 1 or 2 weeks.
i think that depends more than average on the details
