    three hundred minutes, because each cat req'd three minutes to kill a rat.

    33-1/3 cats will kill 100 rats in 3 minutes.. remaining 67-2/3 cats.. jobless supervisors.

    three minutes. Give or take. A couple of those cats are sadistic and like to toture the rats before killing them, and two of them are pacifists so dont believe in killing. Luckily many of them are republican and very efficient and will kill their rat in under a minute and have plenty of time to take out the peace loving democrat kitty's rats. But then the democats want to confiscate the rats to redistribute them to felines that have no rats of their own

    Mathematically the answer would be 3 minutes, but in reality it could be more or less depending on how hungry the cats were and how easy it was for the other 97 cats to catch the other 97 rats.
