God never helps those who kill; He only helps those who give their lives. See how He helps Christ, the Bab and the martyrs.
Those who pray in killing will all defeat, because their imaginary gods have no powers.

The one saying the shortest prayer. He can kill the other one, while he's still praying.

I assume you mean the God of the big 3? In that case, he would help a random soldier who would shoot and kill the other. Following this, the surviving soldier would step on a landmine and be rescued by his fellow soldiers, saved during surgery but lose both his legs.

What a miracle, his faithful family will cry. How wonderful is the grace of God that our son/father/brother survived and is with us. Oh, shut up about his lost legs silly little atheist!

It happens all the time.
I don't think God cares who wins. I'm not saying that he doesn't care. I'm just saying that most wars are caused because of two understandable views about the same subject. Some of them are not, of course. But God's enlightenment must see past any disagreements that we have here on Earth. Petty fighting. He doesn't care about this crap.
Perhaps God helps both soldiers by insuring that they each get a swift dose of opium if they are shot, from those little morphine injectors that the soldiers have, but does not help them win the war.

both, by creating awareness about what they are doing (or something like it) then it is up to them.

I am the kind of person that believes that all is god, the people are god. But still, true awareness about the nature of actions would be god as well then.

I don't know, but whoever wins might just get killed by someone else.

They could pray to each other's gods. Now there's a real battle.

Whatever God's Will is, will be done. Ultimately, we ALL die.

On an individual basis, I think God would help the one who's faith was greatest. Overall, our petty wars, no matter how much we declare them to be in his name, are usually not, so I think it would be an instance that they would be on their own.

Hi pawspaws26
As a boy I was struck by seeing that Gott Mit Uns was inscribed on German Army belt buckles in WW1 and WW2. I thought about the millions of dead German soldiers and their opponents and innocent victims. Made me think there is no God to allow such a cruel trick!

There are no winners in this situation ... I think god remains neutral.

Check the Bible again. God isn't obliged to help anyone.

Both, one will live and continue his purpose in life on the Earth and the other one God shall call to him to serve his purpose in the after life.
