    I dont own a microwave. i cook from scratch for almost every meal, except if i buy takeout which is one meal a week on average. Have done for almost 35 years. What can i say? I love my cookin'. lol

    Just a habit, and i really do like cooking using fresh ingredients. (expensive but worth it) My exs have bought microwaves but i ever used them to reheat stuff ive already cooked. I should be massive fat with the amount i eat but i guess because i use little or no fatty stuff in cooking. My mate only eatss half of what i do in a day but its all micro, takeaway or cakes. Hes feckin HUGE. lol

    Cook my own meal rather then fake freezer food with preservatives

    I'm lazy so 9 times out of 10 it'll be the ready meal, unless I have someone coming round for dinner.
