    I think it was a very positive gesture, and I wouldn't be surprised to see this become a tradition where the election winner hosts his opponent in the White House post election. Besides being a civil and symbolic gesture, it demonstrates to the rest of the world how we can have contentious elections yet a peaceful and amicable transition or continuation of power after it's over. If we expect to be an example of a civilized democracy, we have to start acting like one.
