you remember the consequences of your last mistake
it makes a person a bit wary i guess
we fear being judged, so much so, that we begin to judge ourselves to avoid others judgement when we make mistakes
So we don't have to learn the hard way.
because what we learn from that is worse than the mistake itself
fear of being criticized and the thought of it making the same mistake again.
Because when we make a mistake sometimes it's admitting to it that makes you feel less, or maybe that's just me!
Because feeling the fool isn't that much fun
Most people are afraid of looking stupid and/or being laughed at.
because we hate being in the same situation again
