It depends. If your date is your first time out, I'd keep it to myself and try not to worry. Be somewhere you'll feel more comfortable with your date and enjoy yourself.
If you had this date for a time, you might want to give him heads up when you're not feeling right and need to take medication to help you. I'm sure he'll understand.

no. you should drop medication and go on a crazy trip with your date. mean meds ruin your head. they dont heal, they just "shuddup" your brain.
