    I would work towards replacing the currency with a commodity-based currency, hand the power of the economy to the free market, work towards setting a stronger republic where government isn't the main regulator of government, work towards capitalism, and restore a foreign policy and status quo of respect.

    Impossible for only 4 or even 8 years, but I'd work towards it.

    stop gossips, rumors, unfair price hikes, lower taxes even more, require businessmen to pay more to their employees...stop discrimination, insults, etc
