Just the hello from a neighbour, a nice meal with family members, getting a certificate for something you achieved, being able to look in the mirror and honestly say to yourself that you look great for hitting the town, having my health, having a healthy child, being a useful member of society, freedom, the beauty of nature, knowing that my intentions are good, knowing theres the bigger pictrure, having my home and cosy bed to sleep in, the warmth of the sun, i think id better stop now

Health ..thats free if we look after ourselve..I didnt and paid the price......with Breast Cancer....Be healthy,look after your body,be carefuly what you feed your body,no I am not lectureing...you most definitely are what you eat......Wanna bet? Go eat pizza and burgers and cola and late nights and booze versus,salads, a good nights rest and a stressLESS lifestyle and check your skin....Been ther done that all the fricken accolades you can think of but? Hey! I'm still standing.....Where will you be in 10 years time?
