i got some things thinking to help my diet but instead it doesn't and once i stopped i feel alot better after not having it. no one else will eat it i tried give it away to my family and they all are grossed by the idea of it. so is there any way it be ok to just dump it? i really can't give it away. and it has no use for me just to ruin any thing of my progress.

Keep it as a memory.. Chemicals in the can never help the diet plan
