Can you imagine the savings on airfare? Not to mention the kind of side business you could have if you can teleport more then just yourself.
Mind reading
A lot of people want it because it can be all kinds of fun. (Actually, if I could psychically mess with people minds that would be awesome because I so want to make people stop with bad grammar and ridiculous spellings with stuff already! Did I say that out loud?)
Invisibility
