Depends on what the goals of the operation are, who's running it, and who I'd be going with.

The terrain is neutral, vegetation is rich and plentiful...all decisions and societal rules would be governed and decided by those living in the test section. These would only evolve as the people evolved. You would be going with just yourself...would you go?
