I'd choose to be the most intelligent person in the world, because having access to all that knowledge might very well enable me to become a damn good lover (although perhaps not the best in the world) whereas I realistically wouldn't have much hope of using my sexual skills to become more intelligent! Besides, as long as my significant other is satisfied with me, I don't particularly feel the need to be considered sexy or attractive or desirable by everyone else.

I'd choose to be the most intelligent, then I could develop many theories, help many people, luckily solve some of the great mysteries of the world.
If I were to be a good lover, I'd be the only one to gain from it. It's a selfish choice, in my opinion.

I'd echo Martika's response which suggests that she's already well on her way to being the most intelligent person!! I would add that intelligence is an incredible aphrodisiac and being smart is the sexiest! Intelligence includes emotional intelligence, not just book learning, so that would keep all the excesses in check.

I'll pick best lover because being a good lover is more important; good lover doesn't mean just being good in bed but being good and treating your love one with respect and admiration. being too intelligent can make someone snobby and stuck up. I know not all very intelligent people are snob, but there are some.
