In my world no one would wear clothes, always nude. Sex wouldn't be something we kept locked away from everyone. If I wanted to have sex in the street so everyone could watch, I should be able to. It would be peaceful. No loud noises, no screaming kids, barking dogs, couples yelling, loud mufflers, loud music of any kind. No guns for anyone, don't like them, people aren't responsible enough to have them. We would go back to trading goods for services, like a bushel of tomatoes for a hair cut or something. Legalize pot and tax it. Legalize prostitution. If a woman wants to sell herself for sex willingly, she should be able to. And if a man is dumb enough to pay for it, then he shouldn't have that money any way. That is the start of what my world would be like.

I think half of it would be demented and horrifying while the other half will be beautiful and peacful. It might also look like a japanese anime

Not much of imagination. Just all green with millions kind of trees (fruits, ornamental, big ones, etc.), if you look around, beautiful and nice smelling flowers, many birds, dogs, butterflies, kids run free, no war caused by religion, racism, peaceful, healthy and pollution free world!

The culture would promote and reward education and enlightenment, creativity and art, beauty and luxury and wealth and all things fine and wonderful.
Violence and other ugliness would be socially-abhorrent, and their purveyors exiled to some violent and ugly place, a la Siberia, to ply their heinous trades.
