Maybe one of the most nutritious food around, Beans, because they contain protein, magnesium and fiber. But in a less health related way, I'd love a pick'n'mix..

Probably chicken....as that is the most expensive thing that we eat most often.
As long as it's given fresh along the way, and not all at once.
A lifetime supply of chicken all at once wouldn't be a good thing!
