If you could invent a new class for kids at school, what would it be?

Leaving aside practical reasons why not to do this. It's a question to tickle your creativity a bit or make you think about what you think is important for kids to learn.

I would like to see a Nature Appreciation course where the kids actually have to go outside in all weather and explore nature. Kids do not get outside enough these days. Rated: +2Vote for this!

Didn't take the trash out, didn't wash dishes, didn't wash their laundry, didn't clean the bathroom.... I even had one that hardly ever brushed her teeth.
