If you could invite anyone in history, living or dead, to dinner, who would it be and why?

Oh, and they don't have to be famous. It can be a friend or family member.

JFK seems like he would be interesting. I'd have quite a few questions to ask him.

I would invite Thomas Jefferson. First a fine dinner with a bottle of Merlot. Then coffee. I would drink in his mind. Then inform him where it all went, and why. I would inform him of the technological advances. I would make him marvel, laugh, and cry. He would not be alone.
