Gasoline...My dad was an auto mechanic. When I was a little kid, I'd stay awake, waiting for him to come home from work. He'd come see me, in his blue overalls, and give me a great big gasoline scented hug. To this day, I still love this smell...
I was given English Leather as a X-mas gift when I was 19 and I wore it on a date when I had to meet her parents and sit in her living room and be quizzed/checked out to make sure I was fit to date the is girl.If I smell that cologne it takes me back to the night. Not sure if they even make that stuff anymore.
Home made bread. For those that can smell do NOT take it for granted
The smell of freshly planed oak, my dad was a cabinet maker and i used to sit under his work bench and catch the curls of wood as they fell while he was planing the timber :)
