    I don't think I would need to use it that much, so I'd give it to my boyfriend. He'd need it to shut off the bad voices in his head.

    Several... although my therapist told me that when I have these thoughts (mostly negative) I should envision a stop sign, and it'll remind me to STOP; to either think of pleasant and productive things, or be productive. It's worked well thus far.

    Nope, as brain is like dogs and cats tail, if you cut it off or turned it off i lose my direction lol :P and can't express well in good way :P.

    Never, I need that ON all the time. Don't even think twice about turning it off even for a second, because if you turn it off.......you're done, end of the story!

    then hell yeah, half the time i dont want to think as its to complicated to make choices, say the right thing, etc, so i'd rather just let my body pick :<
