I'd rather keep it a secret so that whatever or whoever it was could live in peace, as human beings tend to mess with whatever they find, as they think they own everything.

    I COMPLETELY agree with you. It's be something precious, hidden, unknown. Why expose it to the human race that would only destroy it? Showcase it? Degrade it? It would be my beautiful little secret. And I'd write it as a story for my grandchildren, leaving them to wonder. I'd tell them it was true.
