If I am a millionaire, I will donate money to poor people because they are
very poor and miserable.........Next, I will buy many comic books and dolls because dolls are very cute and they are my favourite toys in my childhood. Comic books are very interesting......I like them very much.............and i like to built a hospital with all requirements freely to all the people...........

Where I live the schools do not have much money for anything extra like music/band/dance. I've seen first hand the positive, and dramatic, changes in kids if given the opportunity to express themselves through those avenues. I'd focus the money on a charity to provide the lower tier schools in this area with resources to make those programs more available and financial sustainable.

Having raised a child with mental illness, I would probably want to see money go to research to find a cure or a way to control the hundreds of mental illnesses that children (and adults) suffer with that keep them and their families from living a normal life. From ADD to Schizophrenia, the rise of disorders is climbing, and as with my child, there wasn't any future for her to look forward to. It is painful to watch , when there are no answers.
