    I would use it to start up a restaurant I've wanted to start up for a little while now. I have a name and parts of the menu planned out already. One of which includes hand made burgers. We have made them and passed them out in portland to random strangers and the homeless as well. everyone loved them!

    Storage lot. Pay for the land & buildings, then sit back & collect money. No employees to pay, no inventory, not even a light bill. Simple money.

    I Would go in to the Restaurant Business and advertise on The Internet business and expand everyone needs to eat and would have what everyone can eat , being vegetarian , and health matters on special diets , thats my dream .

    A nudist club. Everything would be inside if the weather were bad. Swimming pool, work out room, a gym for volley ball & basket ball, a lounge for watching television, plenty of parties & so on.

    I'd start an Artificial Intelligence consortium, and task them with writing an algorithm that would replace the questionator with a perl script that would ask GOOD questions of the day, everyday.. ;)

    I will go for an eatery, food sells almost everywhere and the target population would be families with children and in-love couples. Kind of a comfortable, snug intimate joint.
    Another thing on my mind is a book cafe which would be an extension to the eatery once the business picks up and adequate funds are raised.
