Hello Ms. Amy,
1) I would make out a shopping list before beginning my five free minutes of shopping.
2) Then, I would scope out a map of the supermarket, so I will make the fewest number of turn-arounds (time wasters).
3) I would enlist the services of the strongest, fastest man I know, and run through shopping list with him, and to scope out the most efficient pathways to go.
4) To ensure that the guy does a good job, I would offer to arrange to fulfill his own wishlist -- but only if he completes the task within the allotted five minutes.
Cheers,
AnonymousButCandid

5 minutes is a lot. I would need a few trolleys. Toiletries, electronics (batteries, laptops etc) cheeses and a new kettle.

The items that offer the best compromise of size and price. Small and expensive, grab as many as you can.

The most expensive things on the shelves so i can sell them on, and buy more than 5 minutes worth of items with the money.
