Resolved Question

If you have a special food or supplement when you are physically tired, please share about it :-)?

When I have muscle pains, I take the food with vinegar. I think I feel better after taking that :-) Also if you have a special cooking recipe when you are tired, please let me know :-)

A simple one (assuming no major underlying health issues) is to take a Vitamin B complex pill. (Like Berocca or similar.) The B Complex hels convert your food and fat stores to energy. If you are short of it, you will feel listless all the time. Try in the evening, then a decent nights sleep as suggested. You should feel better next day.

there is an herb called yerba matte that makes a great energy booster.....it works a lot better than coffee or one of those energy booster drinks.....it has no caffine...no sugar unless you add it...i use stevia as a sweetener.....and you don't crash and burn later.....

Many people on tv advertise pills and many other medicines. I'm saying that that does not help. Do not take them. If you do you become addicted and it does not help your body. You also eventually becomeeven more tired than before. What I do that really does work is I drink some water then I go for a walk or a jog and then I splash some really cold water on my face. If that does not work then I take a shower in really cold water and then I sing. If I am still tired then I play some music that is really loud and rockin and then I just dance like there is no tomorrow. Another thing you can do is you can drink orange juice.

I take B-12's. They get me through the day and have no side effects. :)
