it depends on the individual really. if she was only with the guy when she was fat because she felt as if she couldn't do any better, and that no one else would want her, then perhaps she would because she felt that now she was slimmer and less insecure, she could go out there and find somebody that she likes. however, she might not - she might have liked being with the guy who helped her lose weight all along, and it makes no difference to their relationship. :)

No. If you love her and you know she loves you. You're help is just what she needs and she'll appreciate that. Looks don't always make you cocky it's how people treat you based on your looks and how you cope with that. If it's in her personality you'd know that now. She'll stay by your side. Love is love. There isn't another you out there.
